Ahh! My next trip possibly?!
Cabot Links, located in Iverness, Nova Scotia, opened on June 29th, 2012. It is the first and only true links golf course in all of Canada! A par 70 course, designed by Rod Whitman, looks truly amazing.
The best part?? Only a 2 hour plane ride from NYC (direct!)
Houston doesn't have as much luck, but it is still only 1 stop, and it seems definitely worth it.

Considering the weather during winter is probably not so pretty, the hotel and course are open seasonally (generally April-November). So start planning for next year!
